Parking Instructions: Upon your arrival, complete the registration at the Front Desk; please do not leave your reservation confirmation on your dashboard. Once your registration is completed with the desk you will be given instructions on where to park; only park in the auxiliary lot. Vehicles parked in other locations will be towed. Please allow extra time to register your vehicle in case of road and/or weather conditions which may affect traffic and transportation times.
Upon your return, please go to stop 2-H (Due to recent changes pick up zone can be stop 2-B, Please call hotel to arrange pick up) at the airport ground floor/baggage level, near baggage carousel 6 where all the hotel shuttles pick up and call for pick-up. *Please call after luggage has been claimed*

The website for booking is clear and easy to use. Options to change or extend the booking are helpful when travel plans change. It was a very smooth process to reserve parking online (and much cheaper than three weeks at airport long term lot) and follow up with the hotel front desk. I parked my car in the back lot of the hotel (where staff directed) and placed a dashboard sign indicating my parking dates. I definitely recommend this service if you need to leave your car at the airport; use an airport hotel instead and take their shuttle (or use ride service).

Good reliable service, but shuttle is only once per hour would be nicer if shuttle was 2x per hour during daytime open parking lot (not covered)
