Delayed shuttle service

Posted On

Parking was easy, staff at hotel are not the most pleasant. The shuttle took us to the cruise port in good time, no issues. However, the shuttle does not prioritize the cruise port. We got off the ship at 0815, but was told the shuttle would not be there till 10:00 and there were 20 people with only one shuttle. We ended up not waiting and paying for an uber. If you are going to advertise cruise parking, please have an on time shuttle service that is dedicated to cruise passengers. The shuttle is not free and already had to pay $30. It is round trip, but the wait is long, especially when you have a 10 hour drive. We paid for uber to save an 1.5 hour to get on the road. Please consider when booking.
