When you arrive you call the shuttle to request a ride. However, they only leave the hotel on the hour and half hour. Since I didn't know this I was standing out in 30� cold for 25 minutes waiting after my call. Now I know not to go outside too early. Otherwise, the service, parking etc are great!

Front desk and location are great. Just be aware that shuttle runs every 30 minutes. So Ol�n accordingly. Other than that is a great place to park your car.

This is my second time using BOOK2PARK. Overall, I am pleased that I have found security in the app and the hotels participating in offering hassle free parking while I go out of town on business. My only trouble spot was coming back I wasn't given the incorrect number to the front desk. The reservation person could not transfer me. I was texted the hotel number after I contacted BOOK2PARK. I was able to talk with a house staff member who contacted the driver with my location. Please make it clear where to go when we print our receipt. Thank you.

First time parking here and everything was smooth except when I called nobody answered for 10 minutes. But picked up from airport right on time, even driver was waiting us at pickup location.

There should be some kind of step stool to help people get into the shuttle. The step is too high and I had a lot of trouble getting on and off the shuttle because of hip issues.

The parking was easy and safe, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the shuttle driver was helpful and volunteered information that I would need. Overall great experience..well done

Online information and delivery service were excellent. Pick up service from the airport could be improved by making return pick up locations explicit. I was told return service was ground level, below, when dropped off, but did not understand it would be from only two locations. When I called for pick up, because of loud noises in area, communication was difficult. I called a second time after seeing the driver pass by. The driver picked us up from the location I gave him, and he explained that pick up was from two other points. A hand-out card with instructions, providing telephone number and two designated locations, given at time of registration, would improve service. Knowing the two pick up locations is important.

This was a great location to park for our trip! The only negative thing about our experience was that the hotel had no power when we returned so they were not able to answer the phone when we called for the shuttle to pick us up. Luckily the Marriott next door did have power and they were able to come and get us. We will for sure park here again!!!
