No shuttle for return from airport

Great start w/ car drop off and airport shuttle, smooth & easy. Upon return, called Aloft and there was no shuttle service due to broken pipe? Was referred to the nearby Marriott and was picked up Kay, driver of thier shuttle. Super guy who provided great customer service. Kudos to Kay!

The check in was easy n quick. The pickup was infuriating. Driver asked us where we were and kept saying he was on the way and he finally picked us up after 40 mins. I have been using this lot for a while and it was has always been good. The past few times haven't been as convenient. The lady is very prompt, but we have had issues with the guy the last 2 times.

The rate was great, the location was perfect. We arrived to thehotel to peak at 5:30am and saw the hotel shuttle pull off to go to the airport. I walked inside to register my parking with the front desk person and he tells me the next shuttle to the airport won't be until 6am. I thought it was on demand call is needed. He said no we only run every 30 minutes. He told me I could cancel my reservations so I tried but it wouldn't allow. We registered our car and called an huber to the airport. The huber took 3 minutes to come and as we pulled off in the huber, the hotel shuttle had returned. That front desk experience and customer service was awful. At that time I decided never again us Aloft for parking. On return 6 days later our driver was excellent. While at baggage I called Aloft, they transferred me yo the driver. He explained to me where to go for pickup as soon as I get my bags. He also explained he was just leaving the airport but would cone right back for us! He called me back on my cell phone to see if we were ready yet. Excellent service!

Overall the experience was pleasant, however when I arrived to the hotel at 4am on a Saturday morning there were no parking spots available -- at all. I had to park in the front 'check in' loop to inquire inside. The receptionist had no idea what to do about the situation. I ended up having to leave my keys for my car to be parked later by hotel staff. When I returned a couple days later and went to the desk to collect my keys the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about. We eventually located the keys in a drawer so everything ended well, but if you pay for a parking spot there should be one available and that cannot be guaranteed here.
