I was the only passenger going and coming (my wife was with me on the return trip.) Although the hotel doesn't have shuttle service from 10 AM - 6 PM, I was very grateful to find out that the driver will pick up returning passengers from BWI if you estimate the time of pickup and call the driver using the cell number which was given to me when I was taken to BWI. It all worked like clockwork!

I gave it a rating of 2 because once I got there I was informed that they no longer had the shuttle service to the airport and I had to get an uber or lyft. I was having difficulty and then I asked for cab numbers in which I was given 2 and they didn't have enough drivers. I also didn't know that I couldn't buy more than one groupon special for the length of my stay. So, I brought 4 thinking I could use them for each day and found out that I can only use 1. I would like to get a refund for the other 3. I think I winded up paying more than I would have if I would have just parked at the airport. The customer service at the hotel was good its just the service that wasn't.
