I would like to say, what a wonderful experience we had, working with this service, maybe a little tricky to find, but I know the are, others it might be a little tricky, set up on line got there when we're suppose to be and someone was waiting on us for lift to airport, very curtious individual, also pick up right on time once again curtious individual, I will never waste my Money on the other airport services, the price is right with two birds shuttle service, thank you for your trust service and quality team. Both, my drop off time and pick up times changed and the attendant was very accommodating. I managed to get confused about where to get picked up at the airport and AGAIN, the attendant was very patient and helpful. If I had to offer 1 suggestion, it would be, to have a larger or more colorful (attention getting) sign on the shuttle. My total experience was very positive and the fee was very affordable. I will definitely use this lot AGAIN and recommend to others.

Shuttle was waiting for me at 5 am in parking lot and took me straight to airport. The parking lot is located behind the Metro Repair Accident Center business at the closed gate. Car sits in fenced-in lot. Flight came in early, so called the phone number, and driver arrived 15 minutes later. This is my 2nd time using them, and all the drivers are pleasant and professional. Highly recommend. Very reasonably priced.
