PLEASE ALLOW 1-HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED TIME TO ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT TO ALLOW FOR TICKETING, PARKING AND SHUTTLE TRANSPORT TO THE AIRPORT.

You will be directed to our parking garage and given an expected time for the shuttle to arrive and pick you up for your trip to Dulles Airport. PLEASE ALLOW 1-HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED TIME TO ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT TO ALLOW FOR TICKETING, PARKING AND SHUTTLE TRANSPORT TO THE AIRPORT.

• When arriving between 11 PM 7 AM please check in at the Front Desk of Crowne Plaza 2200 Centerville Road, Herndon, VA to receive your parking tickets. You will be directed to our parking garage and given an expected time for the shuttle to arrive and pick you up for your trip to Dulles Airport.

PLEASE DISPLAY YOUR ONLINE, PRINTED PARKING RESERVATION AS WELL AS A TICKET FROM THE ATTENDANT AND DISPLAY BOTH ON YOUR DASH.

FOR RETURNS, PLEASE CALL US AT 703-471-6700 TO BE ADVISED AS TO THE NEXT ARRIVAL TIME AT DULLES AIRPORT AND MEET THE SHUTTLE OUTSIDE OF BAGGAGE CLAIM, DOOR # 6 AT SHUTTLE STOP 2-G (2-GEORGE).

SHUTTLE PICK-UP TO BE AT APPROXIMATELY 00:15 AND 00:45. ONCE YOU HAVE CALLED AND BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE NEXT PICKUP TIME, PLEASE ENSURE ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY ARE PRESENT AND READY TO RETURN TO OUR PARKING FACILITY ON PARCHER AVENUE.
