1. Grab garage ticket dispensed at garage entrance 2. Please hold on to ticket. It will be validated when you return. 3. If ticket is lost, you will be responsible for lost ticket fee. We suggest leaving the ticket on dashboard 4. Park on any level 5. Use elevator on the east side to check-in and receive shuttle information. 6. You must validate the ticket when you return. If you do not the garage will charge to exit.

Complimentary shuttle for 4 passengers. Any additional passenger will be an extra $10 per person.
Parking garage remains open 24/7, if you'd like to check in after business hours.

Look for MET3 Miami Parking sign. Look for attendant on 7th level.

Enter garage, take ticket from machine, make left turn, go up ramp then make right turns until 7th level to see attendant. 

This location accepts CASH only. No credit cards.
No ticket, misplaced or lost carries a $ 50.00 charge.

Premier Cruise Parking shuttle:

Disembarkation (leaving ship): 7:30 AM to 10:45 AM 

Embarkation (entering ship): 11:00 AM to 3:15 PM 

Continuously every 25  to 30 minutes

Free shuttle for up to 4 passengers only. No exceptions. You can drop off extras at the port and then come back. 

Please Note: Garage Clearance is 7'0" .
Large SUV's are accepted but NO RV's or motor homes

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
When entering please check in with attendant; then proceed to park from the 9th floor and above. Upon parking take elevator down to the 8th floor and check in with the attendant. Check-in is mandatory! Vehicles that do not register are subjected to being fined or towed.

All vehicles must park from the 9th level and above. Any vehicles parked on the levels below will be subjected to fines or towing. 
At the time of check-in, you must provide us with your RESERVATION INFORMATION, NUMBER OF GUEST (S) TRAVELING WITH YOU, NAME OF SHIP, AND LICENSE PLATE NUMBER.

Check-in begins at 10:30 AM for departing cruises. The first shuttle leaves the garage to port at 11:00 am.
The Last shuttle leaves the garage at 2:30 PM; if you arrive after hours, you may park on the 8th floor and arrange for private transportation to the Port of Miami via UBER, LYFT, or Taxi. 
The shuttle is COMPLEMENTARY and transports 4 passengers MAX per reservation. IF YOUR GROUP IS OVER 4 PEOPLE, YOU MUST DROP THEM AT THE PORT.

Upon returning from cruise, please follow guidelines provided by your driver. Please report to the designated pick up area to ensure proper pick up. If you do not see our shuttles, please immediately call the number on the provided document (given to you at the parking location) to report arrival. 

There is no in & out at this facility. any vehicle attempting a re-entry will be subject to fines, tire booting, or towing.

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window. Please allow ample time for check in process.
