Shuttle runs 4 AM TO 12 AM. Please arrive early for shuttle.

You will need to collect a ticket to enter the parking gates and park in the BACK of the hotel parking lot, which is West or South – both locations are acceptable to park. Do not park in any other location as these spots are reserved for hotel guests only. Please Check-in at the front desk and fill out your parking paperwork prior to boarding the shuttle.

Shuttle runs 24/7 every 30 mins

To exit the gates on your return trip, press the button BELOW the camera and we will open the gate for you. DO NOT PAY at the gate.

Shuttle TO Airport: Reservations are required; you may call 24 hours in advance of your departure date to secure your seat.  Shuttle departure is every 30 minutes on the top and half of the hour.

Shuttle TO Hotel: Please proceed to the West Terminal – The West Terminal signage is in RED. Proceed to door 512, then island #3.  If you are on the EAST terminal with BLUE signs, you will not be picked up. The shuttle schedule is APPROXIMATELY: 15 and: 45 of each hour – airport traffic can heavily influence these times.

Parking is at own risk. Hotel assumes zero liability for any damage or theft.

Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at the parking location before this 2 hour window.

Upon arrival, no need to pull a ticket, just scan the QR code on your printed reservation receipt or from your mobile phone screen.

Please follow the instructions on the screen as to where to park, then you may board the shuttle bus.

From the Parking Lot to the Airport:

From the Airport to the Parking Lot:
* (4:00 AM - 12:00 AM) Shuttle runs 24/7. Every 10 - 15 minutes. 
* (12:00 AM - 4 AM) Please call 303-558-9790 to get picked up.

We pick up from both sides of the terminal on Ground Transportation, Level 5 – Island 3. On the West side, exit through door 508 and proceed to Island 3. On the East side, exit through door 509 and proceed to Island 3. 
Please remember to have your parking location or valet ticket ready for the shuttle driver when you load.
