Upon arriving, please pull a ticket or scan the barcode on your reservation at the ticket machine. A lot attendant will advise you where to park and direct you to the shuttle pickup area.

The lot’s shuttle service runs approximately every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to and from the Atlanta Domestic Terminal. Please note that the shuttle doesn’t run to the International Terminal.

Customers for Atlanta International Terminal can enjoy a seamless onwards journey thanks to complimentary transportation options like the Plane Train, which operates continuously every 5 minutes, and a 24/7 airport shuttle service that runs between the two terminals every 15 minutes.

Please factor in additional time if traveling internationally. Accessible shuttle service is also offered upon request, just inform a lot attendant upon your arrival and courteous staff will be on hand to assist you from start to finish.

The shuttle to the Airport is on-call. Front Desk associates will call shuttle for pickup during check-in, it could take up to 20 minutes for shuttle pickup.

The shuttle to the hotel leaves from the airport every 20 minutes from 5 am to midnight, from midnight to 5am pickups are on call.
