As soon as we arrived, the clerk had our parking tag ready. Location was excellent, so close to the airport. Shuttle was on demand, took us to the airport as soon as we arrived, and picked us up within 15 minutes of calling them. Highly recommend this parking for BWI.

First time user. Fast, easy and inexpensive. The shuttle drivers were pleasant and the wait time was 0 getting to the airport and reasonable during the return from the airport. I had the last flight of the day, which was delayed due to weather to the point that I needed to extend to the next day. I called the hotel directly and they worked it out with me. If I had extended through the website, it was going to charge me another full booking fee in addition to the extra day, so I'm obviously pleased the hotel was accommodating.
