This was the best experience at the Red Roof Inn for parking that I have experienced with using this service. The front desk was courteous, professional, on time. I will definitely park at this hotel for any future trips. The driver was excellent and cannot say enough great things about this hotel or its staff. They get all (5) stars for such amazing service.

shuttle was overcrowded but on time and efficient. Lot nothing special but ok for parking. Check-in was very easy, check-out easier. I will use this service again We truly appreciate you taking the time to write down a review of the services you received. We are glad to hear that you had an overall pleasant experience when using our services. We will communicate with the lot's upper management to find solutions to avoid shuttle being overcrowded on high seasons.

The site was easy to use. The parking lot was fine, hotel was easy to find and staff was nice. Shuttles are horrible, old, dirty, beat up. They shuttle for 6 hotels at a time so between waiting for one to show up ( late at the lobby pickup) and stopping at all hotels, it took an hour to go 3 miles. Both shuttle drivers were nice but constant calls know a 2 way radio and cell phones did not make for a safe feeling ride. Need a much better system in place. We will be communicating with the Hotels's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time and in good conditions to avoid this from happening again.
